Frequently Asked Questions

                                       Updated 6 October 2011

1.         When do you put the photos on your website?  When the photos for the show are mailed, or available to be ordered

for those who are on web proof service.  Shows will not post on the website until they are mailed or ready to be mailed.  This may take up to 10 days ( people days, NOT dog days!).

2.         Why am I on web proof service?  Because, either in word or deed, you requested that service.

3.         What do you mean by ‘less $5 per line when paid in 21 days’?  If you are billed at $45 for a set of photos, when your payment is Postmarked within 21 days of the order having been sent to you, you can take a $5 discount from the $45.

4.         Can I get something besides the default 8x10s?  Yes. This is custom work, and you can get what you want. We need to know when we shoot the photo.

5.         What is Copyright?  Please go to the webpage, ‘Whatiscopyright.org.  It will tell you that you own the print, but not the image.

6.         Can I return an order for credit?   No. Just as you cannot get your entry fee back if you do not win, even though the Judge, the Handler, and you did the best you could, photos are a record of what was there, and we, too, did the best we could; so, no.  Perhaps you need to sign up for web proof service if you wish to approve images before you receive them.

7.         I do not have/use/understand a computer (implied question). For the technical Luddites, it is like saying you don’t have a telephone, a microwave, and have never heard of Velcro (implied joke).< Back to the Menu >
